Self Indulgent little post
Personally I was fairly happy with 4km in 20 minutes. I am fully aware I have been capeable of better in the past, but the joys of cannabis and tobacco were not known to me.
I weighed myself after and came in at 56.9 kilograms. This I am also happy with. But I don’t want to be any less than 55.
