About

Hey, I'm Tom. I'm working towards being a theatrical theorist. I write a bit, think a bit, sing a lot when I'm high. Hopefully you'll like something on here...

More or less, this is all I’ve been listening to since I bought it. I’m taken aback with how much I’m enjoying this album. To be honest I had always thought of it as a bit of a filler album between Wish You Were Here and The Wall, both of which I love.
Turns out I was very wrong. Lyrically it’s striking, often quite visual and as poignant as you’d expect Pink Floyd to be. Gilmour’s lead is sparse, and all the better for it. He’s so easily my favorite guitarist, it almost feels silly. But yes. This comes highly recommended.
